Chasing the Giants: Northern Lights Cruise and Whale Watching in Norway

November in Northern Norway is a time of an extraordinary natural anomaly. Thousands of humpback whales and orcas enter the icy Arctic fjords in pursuit of herring. At the same time, the sun disappears below the horizon, marking the start of the polar night, and the sky above the masts ignites with the emerald light of the Northern Lights.

We are not inviting you on an ordinary tourist trip. We are inviting you on a real sea expedition.

What will you experience on board?

1. Close encounters with marine giants

Thanks to the yacht’s mobility and precise navigation in the Skjervøy area, we will operate at the very heart of the orca and humpback feeding grounds. You will hear the whales’ breath against the side of the hull and watch pods of orcas hunting in the crystal-clear fjord waters.

2. The spectacle of the Polar Night and Aurora

The lack of light pollution at sea creates ideal conditions for observing and photographing the Northern Lights. As soon as the sky darkens, we will hunt for the dancing lights of the north from the yacht’s deck or a wild beach.

3. True, rugged seamanship

You will experience the magic of life aboard a yacht in polar conditions. This expedition is for people looking for character, authenticity, and teamwork in an intimate 6-person crew. You will become an active part of the team.
